This includes programming, executing and supervising all aspects of the event operations such as: Promo materials; banners, backdrops, roll ups The 5th Intellectual Property Rights Conference Logo Invitations Merchandising Lectures and presentation equipment A technical team Protocol team and organizational documents Transportation Communications and media services; Internet issues, photos, live streaming. The U.S. Embassy intends to award a services contract (Purchase Order) to a company that not only accepts but also fully comprehends the terms and conditions of the U.S. Government Award Requests.
