    Quotation are invited for Procurement of the Services of a Part Time Occupational Medical Practitioner for Three Years as and when Required. Please be advised that In terms of Section 11 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, (Act 56 of 2003), the Bid Adjudication Committee of the uMhlathuze Municipality has resolved via Bid Adjudication item 4151, dated 8 July 2025 to recommend that: Tender 8/2/1/UMH1477-24/25 Procurement of the Services of a Part Time Occupational Medical Practitioner for Three Years as and when required tender be awarded to M Care Medicals being the lowest responsive tenderer with the highest contender score that complies fully with all the technical requirements The City of uMhlathuze therefore wishes to thank all entities who participated in this tender. The award of this tender has been done in terms of the City of uMhlathuzes Procurement Policy. Please note that Section 49 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy, allows persons aggrieved by this decision to lodge a written objection or complaint within 14 days from the date of this publication.
