    The Scope Of The Contract Includes Activities To Exercise Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 166 And Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) During The Construction And Assembly Works At The Site: Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building Of Sofia University Evlogi Georgiev In Rle I-750 Sq. 52, Trustenik, Dolna Metropolia Municipality. The Scope Of Work On The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Includes: Activity 1. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site, Until The Drafting Of A Findings For Establishing The Suitability For The Acceptance Of The Construction (Annex No. 15 To Article 7, Paragraph 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On The Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On The Law On The Implementation Of The Bulgarian Activity 2. Fulfillment Of The Function Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safe Working Conditions In The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works. Activity 3. Preparation Of A Final Report Within The Meaning Of Article 168, Paragraph 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And A Technical Passport, In Accordance With Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006, For The Site Or For The Respective Part Of It, If A Gradual Transfer Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Made. The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
