    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Production, Prepress And Printing Of Blank Materials Of Sofiyska Voda Ad. The Subject Of The Contract Will Also Be Equivalent Printed Materials With The Same Technical Parameters, But With Different Texts That Are Not Described In The Technical Specification Of The Goods In This Section. The Contracting Authority Orders The Required Quantity By Order Sent By The Supply Department To The Contracting Authority By E -Mail. The Provider Is Obliged To Send An Electronically (E -Mail) Sample Of The Ordered Form For Approval By The Contracting Authority. The Printing Of The Forms Is Carried Out After The Written Approval By E -Mail From The Contracting Authority To The Supplier Is Received. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Has Remarks To The Model/Sample, The Provider Is Obliged To Adjust In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority. The Provider Delivers The Ordered Goods To The Place Specified In The Order. Prior To Delivery, The Provider Should Contact The Contact Person Specified In The Order And Specify The Time And Date Of Delivery. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Requested Written Information Related To The Execution Of This Contract By The Provider, The Latter Shall Be Obliged To Provide The Requested Information In Writing Within 2 Working Days From The Date Of Request. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Order Goods Similar To Those Of Those Specified In The Technical Specification, According To The Pricing List/ Catalog Provided By The Contracting Authority In The Course Of The Procedure. The Value Of The Ordered Goods On The Price List/ Catalog Is Up To 5% Of The Value Of The Contract.
