This Order Is Related To The Investment Intentions Of The Lozenets Region - Co For Aligning The Norms For An Accessible Environment To Public -Purpose Buildings, The Norms For The Structure And Safety Of The Playgrounds And In Compliance With The Obligation To Maintain Buildings In A Technical Condition That Meet The Basic Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of The Spa. The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is The Preparation Of A Working Project And The Exercise Of Copyright Supervision For The Object Of Repair And Strengthening Of The Exterior South Terrace, Vertical Planning, Square Sewage And Parking With Pi With Identifier 68134.901.805, In Which Is Located Building 2 Of The Kindergarten Slaveykova Pollana. The Landed Property, Together With The Kindergarten Building Built In It, Is Public Municipal Property, In Accordance With An Act Of Public Municipal Property № 4506 Of 25.09.2001. The Location Of The Site Is Pi With Identifier 68134.901.805 Under The Cccr-Public Municipal Property, Constituting A Plot Of Ii-For Kindergarten, Square 135, Lozenets Ii Part Of The Plan Of Sofia, Lozenets District, With An Administrative Address 22, St. Nikum Blvd. Investment Intent Consists In: Restoration And/Or Construction Of New Structural Elements On The Southern Terrace To Increase The Load -Bearing Capacity, Durability And Durability Of The Same, As Well As Alternative Use In Winter And Summer With Its Partial Inclusion In The Volume Of The Building By Glazing; Aesthetic And Functionally To Solve The Yard.
