    This Procedure Is For The Award Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Preparation And Delivery Of Food On Request And A Predefined Menu, According To Certain Recipes For The Needs Of The Detelina Dg - Pomorie. This Public Procurement Has A Service For Service Under Annex 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. Food Should Be Prepared In Full Accordance With Collection Recipes And Guide To Healthy Nutrition For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age, Collection Recipes With A Nutrition Handbook For Children From 3 To 7 Years Of Age (Recipes). The Food Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Weekly Menu Approved By The Kindergarten Director, Which Will Be Sent To The Contractor Within Working Hours (Not Later Than 4.30 Pm) The Last Business Day Of The Current Week For Next Week. The Daily Menu Consists Of A Morning Breakfast, A Support Breakfast, Lunch And An Afternoon For Children And Lunch For Non -Pedagogical Entitled Staff. The Food Must Be Prepared On The Day It Will Be Delivered To The Kindergarten. The Number Of Portions Requested Will Depend On The Number Of Children Present For The Day And Entitled Employees. Estimated Number Of Daily Menus (Food) For A Child - 42 828 Pieces; Estimated Number Of Lunch Portions For 4,902 Staff Entitled Personnel In Kindergarten; The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Order The Estimated Number Of Portions For Children And Entitled. The Number Of Portions Ordered Will Be Determined According To The Need Of The Kindergarten.
