    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor, Which Should Provide A Place For Accommodation Of 37 Foreign Employees Hired By Third Parties For The Needs Of Sofia Autotransport Ead, For A Period Of 1 Year Or Until The Value Of The Contract Has Occurred Earlier. The Minimum Requirements For The Place Of Accommodation And Their Proof Are Described In Item 5 Of The Technical Specification. The Subject Of The Contract Includes All Accommodation And Notification Activities To The State Services Requiring Information About The Address Of Accommodation Of The Specific Employees From Third Countries. The Contractor Must Provide A Place For Accommodation For The Employees Of The Contracting Authority, Employed By Third Parties By Applying The Current National And European Regulatory Requirements For The Place Of Accommodation And To Apply The Requirements Of The Law On Personal Data Protection, In The Processing Of The Personal Data Of The Employees Of The Contracting Authority To Which The Accommodation Is Available. All Activities, As Well As The Full Description Of The Requirements For Them, Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Annex No 1), An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
