    Subscription Maintenance Of Ashur® Software And Its Modules To The Contracting Authority, With Subscription Support Referring To The Following: 1.1 Replacement Of The Ashur® Modules To Which The Contracting Authority Is Consumer In Connection With: 1.1.1 Legal Changes Affecting The Accounting, Not Later Than 30 (Thirty) Days From The Date Of Their Publication In The State Gazette And/Or Within An Appropriate Period, With A View To The Entry Into Force Of The Relevant Normative Acts. 1.1.2. Improvements To Lamb® At The Initiative Of The Contractor, With The Relevant Improvements Being In The Range In Which A Given Software/Module Is Used. 1.1.3. Improvements, Within The Meaning Of The Previous Point, Do Not Include A Change In The Sql Version Of Database Management, As Well As Changes That Result From Changes In The Database Management System Or Changes Imposed By Third Parties. 1.1.4. Determination Of Errors In The Product/Module. 2. The Replacement Of The Software Under Item 1 Consists In Providing New Distributive Magnetic Media And Guide (Electronic Form) For The Use Of Changes When Necessary. 3. Subscription Covers The Ashur® Software Product And All Purchased Modules To It, Including The Additional Purchased, As Well As The Additional Developed Modules (If Any) By Order By The Contracting Authority.
