Additionally, The Service Contemplates The Hiring Of A Professional Team And An Agreement Supervisor. This Team Will Be Composed Of A Nurse, A Social Worker And Two Psychologists. Where, The Nurses Profile Will Have The Function Of Strengthening The Care Processes And Improving The User Experience; The Social Assistant Profile Will Contribute To The Development Of The Patient Support Unit Management Model; And Finally, The Psychologists Profile Will Implement Promotion And Prevention Actions In Mental Health, Favoring Comprehensive Care For Users And Their Families. All This Is Presented As A Necessity, Since It Complies With The Ministerial Guidelines Such As The Hospital Amigo Hospital, Law On The Rights And Duties Of Patients, Mila Law And The Standards Established In The Field Of User Satisfaction. Said Service Must Be Executed With Sufficient And Trained Staffing In Subjects Such As User Treatment, Interpersonal Relationships, Effective Communication, Which Covers All Jobs Indicated In The Technical Bases.
