1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works - A Short Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Construction Of A Playground Together With An External Gym Located On Plot No. 81 In Grodzisko, Commune Old Błotnica Ogrodzisko Trąbki 0003. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of The Area In Grodzisk Consisting In The Construction Of Elements Of Small Architecture, Which Are Playgrounds, Playground Play Equipment, Outdoor Gym Equipment, The Ping-Pong Table And Posts, And The Volleyball Grid In The Activity Zone. The Designed Playground Provides A Safe Sand Surface And A Panel Fence With One Gate. The Project Provides For The Construction Of Lawns As A Safe Surface In The Activity Zone And Reconstruction Of The Lawn At Places Of Destruction During Construction Works. Works Related To Organizing The Greenery Existing Without Demolition Works Are Envisaged. The Whole Assumption Is Intended For All Age Groups And Includes Part Of The Plot No. 81 On Which The Area Under The Abovementioned Investment. A Sports And Recreation Complex Was Designed In The Form Of A Fenced Playground, And An Outdoor Gym With Additional Elements. In Addition, The Project Assumes The Construction Of A Sand Surface In The Amount Of 360.95 M2 Under Play Devices Without Limiting The Surface With Any Edges. A Panel Fence With One Gate (Inclusive) In The Amount Of 117.50 M Was Designed. The Grassy Surface In The Activity Zone In The Amount Of 330.00 M2, While In Addition To The Part Of The Study Area, As A Supplement To The Surface Destroyed During Construction Works, The Digger Was Planned - 200.00 M2 Of Pavement For Opening Was Adopted. This Amount May Change At The Stage Of Investment Implementation, It Can Both Increase And Decrease. The Indicated Amount Of Lawn To Be Reproduced In The Design Documentation Should Be Taken As Output And Estimated. The Project Also Provides For Land Equipment With Small Architecture Equipment In The Form Of Benches, Garbage Bins And A Board With Regulations For Using The Area. Play Equipment With Sandy Surface Has Been Designed Playground Play Equipment, Which Was Placed On Safe Sand Surface. The Pen Surface Is Permeable To Water With A Thickness Thickness Of 30 Cm.
