1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Termomodernization Of Public Buildings In The Commune Of Ostrówek. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Insulation Of The Ceiling Over The Last Floor With 22 Cm Thick Mineral Wool Plates And With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Not More Than Λ = 0.036 W/(M*K); 2) Insulation Of External Walls With Polystyrene Walls 15 Cm And With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Not More Than Λ = 0.03111 W/(M*K); 3) Insulation Of External Walls With 20 Cm Thick Foamed Polystyrene And With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Not More Than Λ = 0.031 W/(M*K) 4) Insulation Of Walls By Extruded Polystyrene Foam (Styrodur) 12 Cm Thick And With Heat Penetration Coefficient Not Greater Than Λ = 0.036 W/(M*K); 5) External On Aluminum Doors, Glazed With A Safe Glass With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Not More Than U = 1.3 W/(M*K); 6) Replacement Of Windows With Pvc Windows With A Combined And Safe Glass And Safe, Tilting-Tilt-Tilt With Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 1.3 W/(M*K) With A Keyboard; 7) Modernization Of The C.O. Modernization Includes The Installation Of Two Ground Heat Pumps Working In A Cascade With A Unit Capacity Of 75 Kw, Total 2X 75Kw - - Water Of The Water Heater And Replacement Of Existing Radiators For Steel Steel Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, Valves On The Return Behind The Radiator And Covers Against Radiators. It Should Also Be Predicted To Make A Buffer Tank For Heat Pumps With A Capacity In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements But Not Less Than 1000 Liters. The Designed Heat Pump Installation Will Be A Basic Source Of Heating. The Heat Source Will Be Geothermal Wells With A Depth Of Up To 100M In Quantity In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of Heat Pumps, But Not Less Than 42 Pcs. Combining Heat Sources (Probes) Should Be Made In An External Well With A Collector With A Collector With The Possibility Of Disconnecting Individual Sources. The Existing Oil Boiler Room Will Be Left And Will Be The Top Source Of Heating. 8) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation. Modernization Includes The Replacement Of Old Lighting With New Energy-Saving Led Lighting; 9) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Approx. 40.00 Kw; 10) Thickening Of The Insulation Layer Of External Walls With Polystyrene With 7 Cm To 15 Cm Or From 8 Cm To 20 Cm; 11) Making Insulation Of External Walls Of The Canteen Wing; 12) Replacement Piwniczna Floor From The North From Concrete To System To Pvc Together With The Installation Of A New Grille; 13) Installation Of Handles With A Key In A Window Stitch Mounted In The Corridor; 14) Performing Thermal Insulation And Water Insulation Of The Walls Of The Hydrophore Room; 15) Renovation Of The Roof - Repair Of The Roof - Thermal Insulation Together With The Heat Insulation And New Cover From The Papa Over Hydrophore; 16) Renovation Of The Resistance Walls Of The Stairs To The Boiler Room-In
