1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Technical Gases (Liquid Nitrogen, Oxygen And Carbon Dioxide) And Service Service Of Tanks And Evaporations For The Institute Of Fuel And Energy Technology. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.1 Successive Delivery Of Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Oxygen And Liquid Carbon Dioxide Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Directly To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party; 1.2 Provision Of Services In The Field Of Support For Technical Media Installation (Including Reservoirs And Evaporations). 2. Installation Of Technical Media Is Located In The Technological Part Of Facility No. 12 Of The Clean Coal Technologies Center (Cctw). The Set Of Devices Included In The Technical Media Installation Is Founded On A Paved And Fenced Square Measuring 25X12m. The Arrangement Of The Devices Is Shown By The Attached Figure B4079_00 - Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. Basic Information About Object 12 In The Scope Of Installed Cameras And Devices Can Be Found In Annex 4 And 4A To Swz. 3. Required By The Current Cleanliness Of Liquid Gases: 3.1. Technical Nitrogen: 99.999%, 3.2. Technical Oxygen: 99.5%, 3.3. Technical Carbon Dioxide: 99.7%. 4. Estimated Demand During The Duration Of The Contract: 4.1. Technical Nitrogen: 40,000.00 Kg4.2. Technical Oxygen: 20,000.00 Kg4.3. Technical Carbon Dioxide: 30,000.00 Kg5. Gases Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Come From Current Production And Have All The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law Allowing Them To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 6. Order Conditions: 6.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replace Din Connections Mounted With The Employer In The Event That The Connections Are Incompatible With The Solutions Used By The Contractor. Connections Will Be Replaced At The Contractors Expense, As Well As Changes In The Project And The Necessary Udt Fees. 6.2. The Implementation Of Partial Orders (Individual Gas Supply) Will Take Place No Later Than 5 Business Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Order By The Contractor. 6.3. Immediately, But Not Later Than Within 2 Hours, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm The Ordering Party Via E -Mail. No Order Confirmation In The Abovementioned The Deadline Will Be Considered As Accepting The Order For Execution, And The Date Of The Deadline Referred To In Point 4.6.2. Swz, Starts From The Next Business Day. 6.4. Deliveries Will Be Received By The Ordering Party From Monday To Friday From 7:00 To 14:00. 6.5. The Order May Include Single Or Multiple Refueling Of Tanks. The Contracting Authority, By Placing An Order Covering Multiple Refueling Of Tanks, Will Determine The Type Of Ordered Gases, The Maximum Gas Intake Stream From The Tank Or Tanks, And Will Specify: The Amount Of Delivery In Kg Of Liquid Gases, The Period That The Order Concerns. 6.6. For The Continuity Of Filling The Tanks, The Contractor Will Launch A Remote Connection To The Contracting Authoritys Telemetry System.
