    3 The Scope Of The Order Includes:- Supply Of Devices And Assembly Along With Their Connection, Including: Supplying Electrical Power To Devices With Dedicated Protection For Them,- Preparation Of Technical And Motor Documentation For Both Platforms,- Starting Both Devices Together With Conducting After Assembly Samples,- Electrical Measurements,- Training Of The Ordering Authority From The Ordering Of The Device,- Delivery Of The Construction Report,- From Verification Of The Load Capacity Of The Wall And The Durability Of Loads Related To The Use Of The Device, - Preparation Of Documentation For Registration At The Technical Inspection Office, Participating In The Receipt Of The Device By Udt And Allowing The Device To Be Used By Udt (Device Certification). Certification Of Devices With The Required Support From The Contracting Authority: Stage I - Reporting The Device For Udt Polish Language, Stage Ii - Verification Of Documents Provided To Udt - Assistance In The Event Of Emergency Questions Or Supplementations To The Scope Of Documents Provided To Udt, Stage Iii - Technical Examination - Participation In The Technical Examination Of The Device Carried Out By The Technical Condition Of Technical Condition, Marking And Compliance With The Provided Documentation, Stage Iv - Issuing A Decision - Obtaining A Decision Allowing For Operation On The Basis Of A Positive Result On The Basis Of A Positive Research Conducted By Udt, Stage V - Registration Of Devices In The Udt Records.
