1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Sale And Issue Of Jet A-1 Air Fuel To The Aircraft Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Wrocław. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Successively, According To The Needs Of The Employer, In An Amount Of Up To 74,500 Liters Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel. The Minimum Scope Of The Contract Is: 14,900 Liters Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel. 3. The Employer Declares That The Fuel Will Be Used For The Needs Of Aircraft Service, Listed In Annex 1 To Ppu.4. The Employer Declares That Pursuant To The Act Of 6 December 2008 On Excise Duty (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws 2025 Item 126) Is Exempt From Excise Duty Calculated To The Price Of The Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel. 5. The Supplied Fuel Should Be Characterized By Qualitative Parameters In Accordance With The Latest Edition Of The Requirements Of The Aviotion Fuel Quality Requirements For Jointly Systems (Afqrjos). 6. Fuel Must Come From Current Production. The Date Of Production Of The Offered Product Should Not Be Older Than 3 Months, Counting Back From The Date Of Delivery, Which Should Be Reflected In Delivery Documents. 7. Detailed Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract, Dates, Payment Method, Contractual Penalties, Etc., Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Future Public Procurement Contract - Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppu), Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. It Is Required To Submit An Offer To The Entire Delivery, I.E.
