The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others Consisting In The Replacement Of Radiators, Cables, Assembly Of Thermostatic Valves, Assembly Of Underfort Valves, Assembly Of Automatic Venting, Circulation Pump Replacement And Pro-Installation Works;- Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Polystyrene;- Insulation Of Basement Walls;- Assembly Of The Ventilation Unit With Recuperation And Implementation Of Mechanical Ventilation Installation Cables Frelow And Exhaust;- Insulation Of External Walls;- Facade;- Replacement Of Window Joinery;- Replacement Of External Doors;- Modernization Of The Hot Water System Consisting In The Replacement Of Electric Water Heaters;- Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving;- Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Along With The Replacement Of Lighting;- Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations;- Construction Of An Elevator And A Driveway. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Design Documentation Constituting The Attachment To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, They Determine The Minimum Standard Of Quality Of Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation. In This Case, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Items And The Obligation To Prove Equivalence, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4, 5, 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Belongs To The Contractor At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer.
