Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Used School Bus

The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Delivery Of A Used Bus That Meets The Requirements Specified In Point 4.3 Of Swz, To The Seat Of The Contracting Authority, At The Contractor:- A Free Vehicle For Legal Defects, Cannot Be Limited By The Rights Of Third Parties, It Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings And Security (The Contractor Has Full Right To Dispose Of), The Subject Of The Contract Must Be The Exclusive Ownership Of The Contractor; Construction And Ready For Work, According To Its Intended Use, Without Making Any Additional Purchases;- The Vehicle After The Oil Service Made Not Earlier Than 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt- The Vehicle Without The Obligation To Register In Poland. 2) Providing All Documents Required By Provisions Commonly Applicable To Allowing The Vehicle For Use For Use For Use And For Traffic On Public Roads, Including The Vehicle Necessary For The Registration Of The Vehicle, And Also Confirming The Current Technical Examination, As Well Made Not Earlier Than 30 Days Before The Date Of Receipt; 3) Training In The Construction, Operation And Service Of The Bus Of The Indicated Employees Of The Contracting Authority (The Training Will Take Place With The Transfer Of The Vehicle). 4.3. Equipped With A Three-Point Seat Belt. 17) Drivers Workplace-Sunscreen On The Windshield18) Audio System. 19) Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of 350-400 Liters. 20) The Bus Should Have:- Internal Trunk,- Warning Triangle,- Spare Wheel,- Marking- Transport Of Children,- Microphone For The Driver,- Reversing Camera,- Radio. Stating That The Vehicle That Is The Subject Of Delivery Meets The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm The Compliance With The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Equipment In Annex 1 To Swz As Part Of These Proceedings.
