4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of The Stocking Studio Of Materials Under The Project Entitled Increasing The Professional Potential Of The School Complex No. 1 In Kłobuck. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Gas Welding Set- 2 Sets,- Tig Welder- 2 Pcs,- Mig/Mag Welding Semi-Automatic- 2 Pcs,- Hardening Stove With Base- 1 Item,- Welding Stand- 1 Pc.,- Cnc Stand For Cutting Metal- 1 Pc. Welding - 3 Sets, 4.3. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, I.E. School Complex No. 1 In Kłobuck, Ul. Zamkowa 6, 42-100 Kłobuck, In The Scope And Quantities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) The Equipment And Software Supplied Must Be Factory New, Unused, Undamaged And Non-Consumer Exhibition Or Consumer Phrases And Not Burdened With The Rights Of Third Parties, 3) The Equipment Supplied Must Be Produced Not Earlier Than In The Year Of Delivery, 4). Come From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer, 5) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Equipment As Required To Prevent It From Damaging Or Deteriorating Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery, 6) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular Security Signs, 7) The Contractor Will Issue The Ordering Manual For The Equipment Of Equipment In Polish Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Web Addresses At Which They Can Be Downloaded, 8) Delivery Must Include All The Elements Necessary To Launch And Use The Equipment For Its Intended Use, Including: Power Cables, Handles, Mounting Keys, Covers, Handles, Safety Switches, Basic Accessories, 9) In The Case Of Equipment That Requires - Should Also Be Provided With Starting Materials (E.G. Shields, Electrodes, Handles, No. Etc.) - In An Amount Allowing For Technological Tests. 4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Material And Quantity Description, Technical Parameters And Utility Requirements, Was Described In Annex 1 To Swz-Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4.5. Unless Otherwise Stated, All Records Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Containing Technical Parameters Should Be Read As Minimum Parameters. 4.6. The Length Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined For 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Qualitative Acceptance Protocol.
