The Vehicle Should Meet, Among Others, The Following Minimum Requirements: A) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Factory New, Unused And Unpaid At Exhibitions Or Market Events, Technically Efficient, Safe, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Quality Standards, Complete And Ready For Use, And Must Meet The Minimum Technical, Functional And Qualitative Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 1 To Swz; B) The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law Together With Enforcement Provisions To This Act And The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502); C) Pick-Up Car, 5-Person Cabin, 4X4 Drive, Diesel Engine, Automatic Gearbox; D) A Car Equipped, Among Others In Sets Of Electrical Tools, A Thermal Imaging Camera And Other Equipment As Described In The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 1 To Swz.
