Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Recreational Complex At Korfanty Street In Brzeg In The Scope Of Designing And Making Brine Graduation Tower

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Public Space For The Construction Of A Recreational Complex In The Scope Of Designing And Making A Brine Graduation Tower, At The Former Open Swimming Pool At Ul. Korfantego In Brzeg (Plot No. 953/35, Noon). The Order Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Pfu). As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform: 1) Development In Accordance With Applicable Laws Cost Estimates, Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As As-Built Documentation, And Will Also Prepare An Application For A Building Permit And Will Be Based On It On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Of Building Permits; 2) Pre-Project Works Including Property Copyrights For Project Documentation And As -Built Documentation; 4) Earthworks Including: ₋ Works Related To The Organization And Development Of The Construction Site; ₋ Construction Works In The Field Of Land Development; ₋ Construction Works Of The Planned Object; ₋ Construction Works In The Field Of Sanitary And Technological Installations; 5) Dehydration Of The Investment Area; 6) Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower With Tarnina And Pergola; 7) In Accordance With The Project Documentation Approved By The Contracting Authority, Ensures That The Designers Are Performed By The Designers, It Will Ensure That The Designers Are Supervised By The Designers. (Project Authors) Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Investment, In Particular Through The Participation Of Designers In Coordination Meetings During The Implementation Of Works; 8) Will Provide And Assemble The Elements Of Small Architecture: - Benches (2 Pcs.), - Garbage Bins (2 Pcs.) - Information Board (1 Item Development Of Green Areas; 11) Will Be Derived And Utilized Construction Waste. The Communication Of All Swz Places And Attachments To Swz, In Which An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Special Process Were Used, Or If The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approves, Technical Specification And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 6 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In Relation To The Tender Documentation Specified In Swz And, Indicating Such Indications Or References, Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent Words, Respectively (Including The Use Of Devices), Provided That Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible In A Situation If The Equivalent Or Equivalent Word Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
