1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Work On The Task: Partial Repairs Of Bituminous And Ground Surfaces Improved On Municipal And Internal Roads In The City Of Świdnica 1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is Partial Renovation Of Municipal And Internal Roads (Roads, Squares, Parking Lots, Pavements, Bicycle Paths) Within The Administrative Borders Of The Commune Of Świdnica. 1.1.1 Renovation Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Of The Selected Road Lane Element To Eliminate Cavities Or Deformation And Supplying The Surface To The Original State And Remove The Surface On Selected Vessels And Perform A New Layer Of Mineral And Fragment Mass Asphalt And Grit, 1.1.3 Time Of Renovating The Surface Ordered In Emergency, Reported By Phone, E-Mail In A Period Not Longer Than The Contractor Shown By The Contractor In The Tender Offer. The Scope Of Work Specified In Point 1.1.3 Includes: 1.3.1 Marking Of Places Specified In Item 1.1.3 Item A-D In Accordance With The Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization Specified In Item 1.2, 1.3.2 Control And Maintenance In The Proper Technical Condition Of Marking The Places Referred To In Point 1.1.3 Item A-D Until The End Of These Works, 1.3.3 Conducting The Correct Repair Of Road Infrastructure Elements Referred To In Point 1.1.3 Points A Within 2 Days Of The Date Disappeared From Adverse Weather Conditions. 1.3.4 The Basis For The Implementation Of The Tasks Referred To In Point 1.1.3, Item C Is The Information Obtained By The Contractor From The Ordering Party Or Provided By The City Guard, The Police For The Power Of Telephone Notification Or E-Mail. 1.4 Implementation Of Photographic Documentation Of The Place Before And After The Repair In Terms Mineral -Asphalt And Mechanically Improved (With A Small, Klińiec And Crushed Stone And Bituminous Destruct) .1.4.
