Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Conditions Of Dehydration Along Poviat Roads

Part 1. Commune Buk, Dopiewo, Tarnowo Podgórne1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Improve Dehydration Conditions Along Poviat Roads. 2. Scope Of Works: A) 2414P, Konarzewo: Trench, Tubular Channels, Resistors, Paving Cubes, B) 2420P M. Lusowo: Well, Ditch Digging, Steel Protective Barriers, C) 2516P M. Chyby: Linear Dehydration, Tank, Defect, Concrete Curb; Parts) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). The Location Of The Works Was Presented On Maps And A Pre -City (Respectively For A Given Part). All Of These Documents Constitute Parts Of Annex 7 To Swz (Technical Documentation). 3. Technical Requirements For The Performance And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In Such A Way As To Limit Traffic Difficulties To The Necessary Minimum And Not To Cause Damage To Road Users, All Costs Due To The Liquidation Of Damage Caused To Road Users Will Be Borne By The Contractor; 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude Relevant Insurance Contracts At His Own Expense, Which May Arise In Connection With Specific Random Events And From Civil Liability For The Duration Of The Work Covered By The Contract. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Place Of Work In Accordance With His Own Approved Traffic Organization Project Or In Accordance With The Project Provided By The Poviat Roads Authority In Poznań. The Marking Must Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Traffic Signs And Signals As Well As Road Safety Devices And The Conditions For Placing Them On The Roads. The Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization Is Annex 8 To Swz.7. The Contractor Is Required To Maintain The Marking In Good Condition Throughout The Works. 8. The Contractor Is A Waste Manufacturer In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Obligation To Proceed With The Development Of The Waste Generated And Its Transport Belongs To The Contractor, In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Or Documents Confirming Waste Management In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste.
