The Subject Of The Investment Is Modernization Of The Health Clinic Building In Dłutów. The Purpose Of The Investment Is To Rebuild Partition Walls And Modernize The Premises Of The Health Center. The Building Covered By The Study Is A Residential And Service Facility, In Which There Is A Health Center On The Ground Floor, And Two Apartments In The Attic. The Building Is Partly Basement. In Addition To Internal Work At The Health Center, It Is Also Planned To Renovate External Stairs And A New Driveway For The Disabled. The Investment Is Located On Plot No. 121/13, Precinct No. 0008 Dłutowo Stare, Lidzbark Commune. The Task Includes: 1) List Of Designed Works) Of General Construction And Finishing Works • Reconstruction Of Partition Walls (Demolition And Masonry Of New Walls); • Replacement Of Floor Tiles In All Rooms Of The Health Center Premises; • Painting Walls And Ceilings, Laying Tiles On The Walls In The Toilet And At The Toilet And At Water Points (Sinks, Sinks); Triple Combined Windows With A Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 0.9 [W/M²k]; • Replacement Of External Door Joinery With A New, With Thermal Insulation With Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 1.0 [W/M²k]; • Replacement Of Internal Doors, Ensuring A Minimum Width And Height Capacitive Electric Domestic Hot Water Heater With New Flows Electric Water Heaters, Installed At The Drawing Points; • Making A New Driveway For People With Disabilities. As -Built Documentation For The Entire Investment. The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Detail In The Pre -Emptive Of Works And Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz - Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, As Well As In Accordance With The Arrangements Made With The Employer. For Information Purposes, The Employer Also Attachs An Offer Cost Estimate, Which Is Only An Auxiliary. Folding An Offer Cost Estimate Is Not Required With The Offer.
