The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Multi -Family Residential Building Together With Technical Infrastructure On Plot No. 491/51 In Ryglice, Ryglice. Contracts. The Introduction Of Changes To The Schedule Will Not Be Treated As Amendments To The Contract And Will Not Require An Annex To The Contract. The Employer Reserves The Right To Introduce Comments To Hrfprzem. Documentation Includes A Project To Build A Multi -Family Residential Building Together With Land Development And Parking Spaces. The Set Scope Of Works Is Marked By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Design Documentation And Stwiriorb, Which Are Attachments To Swz. The Names Of Manufacturers Or Trademarks Used In The Documentation Serve Only To Clarify The Subject Of The Contract And Determine Technical And Functional Standards As Well As Determination Of Qualitative And Technological Standards. The Employer Allows You To Offer Products Not Worse In Terms Of Quality And Technical Parameters From The Products Specified By The Name Of Manufacturers, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Qualitative Parameters At Least The Same Or Better As Products Given Using The Manufacturers Names In The Documentation. The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Pzp.1. Because The Implementation Of This Order Must Be Carried Out By Performing Activities In The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, The Labor Code - For The Contractor Or Subcontractor, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Contractor Or Subcontractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires, Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing Activities Entering The So -Called Direct Costs Based On An Employment Relationship. This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, I.E.
