    3. Subject Of The Contract: 3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Implement Design Documentation And Construction Works For The Task Entitled Development And Modernization Of Sewage And Water Supply Devices In The Skała Commune. 3.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into 2 Parts. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or Two Parts Of The Order. The Order May Be Awarded To The Contractors For One Or Two Parts Of The Order. 3.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into The Following Parts: Part 1 - Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Called Modernization And Extension Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Nowa Wieś In The Commune Of Skłędzczegółowe Information On Part Of The Order: Part Of The Order No. 1; On A Combined Sewage System With Sewage Pumping Station, Gravel And Outlet, • Construction Of A Cleaned Sewage Tank (Technological Water) Together With A Building Equipped With Installations And Equipment: Technological, Energy: Supply And Controlling, Sewage, Ventilation And Heating, • Construction And Reconstruction Of The Network Between The Work (External Installations) And Network Facilities Along With Their Armament: Gravitational And Discharge, Energy (Supplying And Controlling With The Trafo Station), • Expansion Of The Communication System, Roads And Pavements, • Reconstruction (Construction) Of A Storm Transfer On A Combined Sewage System, • Execution Of The Executive Design.
