    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design Of The Bridge Structure On The Krzno River Along Al. Riada Haidar In Biała Podlaska. 2. Name/Y And Code/Y Of A Common Order Dictionary (Cpv): 45316100-6 Installation Of External Lighting Devices45000000-7 Construction Works71000000-8 Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Control Services3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant A Guarantee Of Quality And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor May Propose One Of The Following Warranty Periods And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works, I.E. 36 Months Or 48 Months Or 60 Months. The Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 36 Months. The Maximum Warranty And Warranty Period Is 60 Months. The Subcontractor, Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Contracting Authority, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26.06.1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 277) Includes The Following Types Of Activities: Installation Work In The Electricity Industry - Throughout The Duration Of These Activities. Employment Requirement On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Was Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
