Tenders Are Invited For Execution And Delivery Of License Plates For The Poviat Eldership In Iława As Well As Reception And Utilization Of Withdrawn License Plates

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation And Delivery Of Up To 25,000 Registration Plates, In Accordance With: 1) The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law, 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On Registration And Designation Of Vehicles, Requirements For Registration Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration, As Well As The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Signs; 3) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 12 March 2019 On The Conditions Of Production And Distribution Of Professional Registration Plates And Legalization Characters As Well As The Mode Of Legalization Of Professional Registration Plates; 4) Norms Or Technical Specifications Referred To In Act Of 30 August 2002 On The Compliance Assessment System Confirmed By Certificates Regarding The Compliance Of License Plates Or Materials For Their Production With Technical Conditions; 5) Receipt And Scrapping Of Withdrawals From The Use Of License Plates. 2. In The Event Of A Change In The Above Provisions During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Execute License Plates In Accordance With The Provisions In Force As At The Date Of The Contracting Authority Submitting The Order Referred To In Paragraph 5, For The Supply Of License Plates. 3. The Contractor Will Make Plates From His Own Materials. The Given Number Is A Estimated Value. The Number Of Boards, Indicated In Paragraph 1, Which Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party, Depends On The Size Of The Demand For New License Plates Or Replacement Of The Boards, With The Contracting Authority Declares That It Will Order At Least 60% Of The Given Amount Of Tables 4. Types Of Ordered Boards: 1) Single And Double -Breasted Car Boards; 2) Single -Row Car Boards Reduced, 3) One And Double -Breasted Trailers; 4) Motorcycle Boards, Mopeds (Double -Breasted); 5) Historic Boards, Car, Motorcycle; Temporary. 5. Delivery Of Boards Will Be Carried Out By Parties In The Number And Types Specified Each Time By The Ordering Party, Within 10 Business Days (From Monday To Friday, Except For Public Holidays), And In The Case Of Individual, Additional Boards And The Tables Of Tables Within A Maximum Of 4 Working Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Written Order. The Order Will Determine The Demand For Type And Numbering. The Delivery Date Of Individual, Additional Boards As Well As The Secondary License Plates Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. The Method Of Assessing Offers In This Criterion Is Described In §Xvi Swz.6. The Supplied Boards Will Be Wrapped In Cartons Marked With Numbers.
