Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Membrane At The 4Th Tribune Of The Municipal Stadium In Poznań At Ul. Bulgarska 17, Called Enea Stadion - Design And Build In The Formula
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Membrane At The 4Th Tribunal Of The Municipal Stadium In Poznań At Ul. Bulgarian 17, Called Enea Stadium, In The Formula Design And Build, According To The Specification Specified In Annex 1 Functional And Utility Program. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Two Stages: 1) Stage 1: Making A Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Replace The Roof Membrane Coverage At The 4Th Stadium Tribunal. 2) Stage 2: Implementation Of The Replacement Of The Membrane Roof Covering At The 4Th Stadium Tribunal According To The Draft Prepared By The Contracting Authority And Preparing As -Built Documentation. 3. The Contracting Authority Is Obliged For The Contractor To Serve A Local Vision, The Contractors Offer Who Will Not Take A Local Vision Will Be Rejected In The Proceedings. The Contracting Authority Sets The Date Of The Local Vision As At 17.09.2025 At 9:00. Place: Miejski Municipal Stadium Office, Ul. Bulgarian 17 In Poznań. 4. The Above Insurance Is To Include, Among Others Events Due To Damage That May Occur In Connection With Specific Random Events, And From Civil Liability During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Damage To Property And Regarding Employees And Third Parties, And Arising In Connection With The Works Carried Out, Including The Movement Of Motor Vehicles. In Terms Of The Risk Of Civil Liability, The Contractor Undertakes To Have A Valid Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Completion Of The Final Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Guarantee Sum Must Be Not Less Than Half Of The Gross Remuneration Of The Contractor With Whom The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. The Policy Should Be Indicated As Insured Persons: The Contractor (Respectively: All Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract), The Contracting Authority, Investor Supervision Inspectors, The Tenants Of The Stadium, Subcontractors, Further Subcontractors, Employees, Colleagues, Partners, Hiking Bodies And Representatives Of Persons Indicated Above. Insurance. 5. Failure To Submit A Document Confirming Insurance, Securing The Proper Performance Of The Contract Or Employment Declaration, At The Latest On The Day The Contract Is Treated As The Evasion Of The Selected Contractor From The Conclusion Of The Contract. 6.
