Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Equipment And Equipment Under The Project Entitled Expanding And Retrofitting The Infrastructure Of Population Protection In The Iława Poviat

1) Part 1 - Power Generator - The Subject Of Part 1 Includes The Supply Of The Following Devices: A) Power Generator - 1 Item, B) A Detailed Description Of The Needs Of The Ordering Entities And The Minimum Technical Parameters In The Scope Covered By The Contract Have Been Included In Annex 4 To Swz Table 1, 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Information On The Offered Devices (Equipment)/ Products, Specified In Item 1 Col. 5 Offer Form - Annex 1A -1G To Swz For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Information Provided Must Refer To The Offered Devices/Products. This Information Must Be So Detailed That In The Event Of Various Configurations Of Devices/Products It Is Possible To Clearly State Which Device/Product Is Offered By The Contractor. 4. The Contractors Offer, Who Will Not Provide The Information Referred To In Paragraph 3, Will Be Rejected, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Item 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Solutions With A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Based On Public Data, In Case Of Doubt Whether The Devices/Products Offered Are In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Exercise The Right To Call The Contractor To Submit Explanations
