Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of The Power Generator Related To The Implementation Of The Cyberd Local Government Project

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Design (Development Of A Technical Design), Delivery And Assembly Of A Power Generator Related To The Implementation Of The Project Cyber ​​-Secure Local Government. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Determination Of The Minimum Requirements Was Presented In Annex 7 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz). 3. The Equipment Is To Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unregenerated, Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities And Produced Not Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Come From The Legal Sales Channel Of The Manufacturer. 4. The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Security Signs. 5. Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Unloading The Order In The Place Indicated By The Employer And The Costs Related To It Are On The Side Of The Contractor; 6. The Contractor Will Secure The Subject Of The Contract For The Duration Of Transport: Delivery Elements Will Be Delivered In Original Packaging, Additionally Protected Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading; 7. The Contractor Will Transfer To The Employer Together With The Equipment All The Necessary Instructions For Use, The Law Required By Law And Warranty Documents In Polish. Along With The Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A List Of Serial Numbers Of Supplied Devices; 8. For The Software Supplied With The Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Non -Exclusive License To The Ordering Party Or Transfer To The Contracting Authority Non -Exclusive License Authorization In Accordance With The Licensing Principles Set Out By The Manufacturer 9. License Rights In Accordance With The Licensing Principles Set Out By The Manufacturer. 10.
