    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: A Successive Purchase Of Reagents For Microbiological Tests Together With Their Delivery At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor To Spzoz In Sanok, Ul. 800Th Anniversary 26Th Order Dictionary: Cpv-33.69.65.00-0 Laboratory Reagents, 2. A Detailed Description, Scope And Size Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Included In The Form Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Quantities Used In The Price Form Are Estimated/Forecast Values, Which Injection Of The Contract May Be Reduced Depending On The Current Needs. The Contracting Authority Guarantees A Minimum Of 25% Of The Value Of The Contract During The Contract Period. 3. The Contractor Must Offer A 60-Day Payment Date For The Vat Invoice From The Date Of Its Correct One And The Period Of Price Invariability For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Find That Used In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz Trademarks, National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract As Well As The Product Offered By The Contractor Must Have Technical, Qualitative Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And/Or In The Attachments To Swz
