Tenders Are Invited For Replacement Of Coal Stoves In A Building In Kijaszków

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery And Assembly Of Two Heating Boilers Along With All Elements Of Equipment For Heating The Building Of The Youth Educational Center In Kijaszków. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz.3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Youth Educational Center In Kięzków, Kijaszkowo 23, 89-320 Wysoka. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Transport, Unloading And Insurance Until Receipt. 4. Warranty Period And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Min. 24 Months (Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Swz). 5. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damage That May Occur In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Some Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To Swz Are The Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Order With Better Parameters. 7. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include The Names Of The Manufacturers, They Are Used To Determine The Desired Standard Of Order Processing. The Contractor May Offer An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract Corresponding To At Least The Parameters Of The Indicated Equipment. 8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. 9. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Be New, Unused And Unpaid At Exhibitions Or Market Events. The Delivered Heating Boilers Must Be Complete, They Must Have Certificates Required By Law Or By The Manufacturer, Documents Allowing It To Be Used. The Delivered Heating Boilers Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex 3 To Swz, And Must Also Meet Polish Standards. 10.
