    1. Type Of Order: Service. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Mobile Telecommunications Services And Wireless Data Transmission Services For The University Of Wrocław. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Offer Form Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.4. Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Payment Terms Are Indicated In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.5. The Order Is To Be Carried Out With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. 6. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract At The Stage Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 7. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Swz Content. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Thus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete In The Offer Form - Annex 1 To Swz, Unit Price And Price Calculation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Services Provided With A Maximum Of 40% Of The Total Gross Value Of The Contract (The Contracting Authority Ensures That He Will Buy 60% Of The Gross Contract Of The Subject Of The Contract) And Therefore To Reduce The Contractors Remuneration In Proportion To The Contractor Without The Contractors Right To Submit Any Financial Claims In This Respect, Including Penalties, Compensation Or Other Payments.
