Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The State Vocational University Prof. Edward F. Szczepanik In Suwałki In The Period 01.01.2026 -31.12.2027.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) For The Needs Of The State Professional University Prof. Edward F. Szczepanik In Suwałki. 2. The Total Estimated Electricity Consumption [Mwh] In The Period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2027 Is 793.424 Mwh.3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of Answers To Contractors. 4. The Template Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 5 To Swz Together With Annex 1 (List Of Electricity Collection Points Covered By The Contract) And No. 2 (Power Of Attorney). 5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifies Qualitative Standards Related To All Relevant Features Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Subject Of The Order Is Standardized - It Will Be Implemented Identically, Regardless Of Which Contractor Performs It), All Costs Of The Life Cycle - Margin, Conventional Energy Costs, Costs Of Property Rights And Excise Tax Were Taken Into Account. Apart From The Above The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For Other Costs Of Electricity Supply. 6. Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To As Art. 101 Paragraph 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify The Additional Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Order Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Points 2 Of The Act. 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act. 9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Award Of The Contract In Accordance With Art. 94 Of The Act. 10. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require A Bid Bond. 11. The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity In The Period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2027.12. The Supply Of Electricity For Individual Electricity Consumption Points, Covered By A Public Contract, Will Start In Accordance With The Deadlines Set Out In Annex 4 To Swz And Not Earlier Than The Day Of Effective Termination Of Existing Sales Contracts Or Comprehensive Electricity Contracts, As Well As After A Positively Carried Out Procedure For Changing The Seller And, If Necessary, Entering Into The Lives Of New Distribution Agreements.
