1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1295F Regarding The Construction Of A Walking And Bicycle Path, The Bledzew -Wierzyna Section. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority Specified The Detailed Terms Of The Order Processing In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz_Ppu.4. Local Vision: The Contracting Authority In Order To Thoroughly Familiarize Yourself With The Subject Of The Contract Provides For The Possibility For The Contractor To Lead A Local Vision (The Vision Is Not Compulsory). The Contractor May Carry Out A Local Vision. 5. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders To The Existing Contractor Of Construction Works, Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7) Of The Pzp.6 Act. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Of The Act, The Employer Requires The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Contract, The Following Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract: • The Road Industry Designer Allows The Possibility Of Performing The Above -Mentioned Activities As Part Of The Part Of The Performance Subcontractor Of The Employment Requirement On The Basis Of An Individual Employment Contract Indicated In The Above -Mentioned Point Activities. The Employer Is Entitled In Particular To: • Demands Of Statements And Documents Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements And Assessing Them, • Claims Of Explanations In Case Of Doubt In The Scope Of Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements, • Conducting Inspections At The Place Of Performance Of The Benefit. During The Performance Of The Order For Each Call Of The Ordering Party Within The Specified Request, The Contractor Shall Submit To The Contracting Authority The Evidence Below To Confirm The Employment Fulfillment Of Employment Based On The Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Persons Indicated In Point 1 Of The Activities During The Implementation Of: 1) Declaration Of The Employee, 2) Declaration Of The Contractor, 2) Subcontractors On Employing An Employee Under An Employment Contract, 3) A Copy Of The Employment Contract Certified For Compliance With The Original, 4) Other Documents Containing Information, Including Personal Data, Necessary To Verify Employment Under An Employment Contract, In Particular The Name And Surname Of The Employed Employee, Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract And The Employee The Obligated To Provide The Contracting Authority Of Personal Data Of Natural Persons Participating In The Performance Of The Contract Is Obliged To Obtain This Data In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Gdpr And Submit A Statement On The Following Content: I De
