1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Under The Name Construction Of Paths, Routes And Bicycle Routes In The City Of Leżajsk - Project The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Project Documentation Together With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority All The Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Administrative Decisions, Etc., To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Together With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, During The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. (Opz) Constituting Annex 1A Of Swz. The Above Study Should Allow The Employer To Prepare And Conduct The Public Procurement Procedure, Allowing The Selection Of The Contractor Of Works According To Designed Solutions. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex 1A To Swz And A Illustrative Map With The Course Of Paths, Routes And Bicycle Routes Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. The Scope Of Design Design Is Included In The Graphic Attachment3. Detailed Solutions Will Be Agreed With The Employer At The Design Stage. Within 1 Month Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Will Present To The Employer The Initial Concept Of Documentation. The Accepted Concept Will Be The Basis For Further Work. 4. Project Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including, Among Others:- Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of 11 September 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project,- The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation,- Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Provisions Regarding Public Roads,- The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On Determining The Methods And Grounds For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating Planned Costs Of Design Work And Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program,- Standards And Industry Guidelines (In Case Of Collision With The Abovementioned The Requirements Should Be Indicated By The Need To Obtain An Appropriate Deviation From Technical Conditions),- The Current State Of Technical Knowledge. 5. The Contractor Will Refer To The Contract To The Execution Of The Right To Design In A Road Specialty (Or A Person Having Corresponding To The Above -Mentioned Entitlements, Valid Permissions Obtained On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations Or A Person Whose Appropriate Professional Qualifications Have Been Recognized On The Principles Set Out In Separate Provisions). 6. The Minimum Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is 90%. 7. Design Documentation In The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Made In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Pzp Act.
