The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In Task 1 Includes The Performance Of The Following: A) Making Descriptive And Photographic Documentation Of The State Of Preservation Of The Book Before Maintenance. B) Making Photographic Documentation During All Stages Of The Maintenance Process.C) Making Pagination Of Cards And Loose Documents Before Dismantling. Loose Documents.H) Cleaning Cards From Surface Dirt Use As An Alkaline Substance Magnesium Oxide In Perfluoroheptan. Loose Documents. 1895-19011.3. The Subject Of The Contract In Task 2 Will Be Made In The Stages: A) Book Of Certificates 1873-1887 - 42 Pages, B) Book Of Certificates 1887-1895 - 1010 Pages, C) Book Of Certificates 1895-1901 - 1060 Pages. 1.4. Information On The Subject Of The Order: 1.4.1. Books Of Certificates No. 1 Have Horizontal Orientation, The Book Of Certificates No. 2 And No. 3 Has Vertical Orientation. 1.4.2. Their Individual Dimensions Are As Follows: A) Book Of Certificates 1873-1877- Length- 24.2 Cm; Width- 77 Cm; Thickness - 0.7 Cm; B) Book Of Certificates 1887-1895 - Length - 41.8 Cm; Width- 25.4 Cm; Thickness - 5 Cm; C) Book Of Certificates 1895-1901 - Length - 33.3 Cm; Width- 21 Cm; Thickness - 5.3 Cm.1.5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In Task 2 Includes The Following Activities: A) Performing Scans Of All Individual Pages In A Resolution Of 300 Dpi.
