    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Order Is A Graphic Design, Preparation For Printing, Printing Tri -Dal Wall Calendars For 2026 For The Interreg Polska-Slovaki Program 2021-2027 Together With Their Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority And The Indicated Locations. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) 300 Pieces Of Three -Part Wall Calendars General: The Contracting Authority Will Transfer The Contractors (To Adapt To The Needs Of The Subject Of The Contract): • Files With Logos, • Names Of Months, Days, In Slovak, • A List Of Holidays, Slovak Holidays (Polish Are On The Side Of The Contractor). The Contractor Will Present The Calendars Visualizations To The Employer For Approval. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account And Introduce The Notes Of The Employer At The Stage Of Preparation/Marking/Visualization As Well As Graphic Designs Of The Order. The Contractor Undertakes To Faithfully Reproduce The Colors Of Logos And Other Materials Transferred By The Employer. All Calendars Designs Are To Be Individual, Original (Including Using Photos/Graphics Provided By The Contracting Authority Or, If The Contracting Authority Reports Such A Need, The Contractor Will Buy Photos From Dreamstime, Shutterstock, Fotolia And Similar (Maximum 10 Photos). The Type And Number Of Photos Needed Will Be Reported On A Regular Basis By The Person Supervising The Production Of Calendars. All Projects Will Be Made With The Use Of Graphics As The Logo And Name Of The Programs, The Eu, Etc., Will Provide All Calendars At Its Own Expense To The Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority. With The Number Of Plays Delivered, The Contracting Authority (Including The Person Indicated By Him) Has The Right To Check During The Delivery - In The Presence Of The Supply - Whether The Submitted List Is Consistent With The Actual Delivery (Substantive And Numerical Verification Of The Subject Of The Contract). Will Not Be Accepted (The Contractor Is Obliged To Prohibit Them Immediately).
