    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Renovation And Modernization Works Of The Male Bathroom Rooms On The Ground Floor In Zs W. Witos In Sucha Beskidzka. As Part Of This Task, The Contractor Will Also Perform All Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Replacement Works, Conduct The Required Final Tests, All Other Activities And Documents (Including As -Built Documentation Containing Approvals And Declarations Of Compliance Of Built -In Materials) Necessary To Put Works For Operation. The Contractor Bears The Sole Responsibility For Securing Works At The School (The School May Be Open During Works, Which Should Be Included In The Calculation Of The Offer). The Requirements Of The Ordering Party To The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of Works Have Been Described In Detail In Part Iii Of This Swz Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). The Works Should Be Carried Out And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law And The Environmental Protection Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer. It Is Considered That The Submission Of An Offer Means That The Contractor Has Become Acquainted And Accepted The Conditions Set For The Performance Of The Contract And Became Acquainted With All Relevant Laws And Other Laws In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Which May Affect, Or Apply To The Actions And Activities Covered By The Offer And The Resulting Contractual Obligation. Work Implementation Area Located In Zs Wincenty Witos In Sucha Beskidzka. In Order To Recognize The Field, Logistics And Technical Conditions, It Is Recommended To Carry Out A Local Vision.
