Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Documentation For The Construction Works Program For Ad Hoc Protection Of Elements Of Historic Buildings In Sieło Together With The Authors Supervision Under The Options Law.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service Development Of Documentation For The Construction Works Program For The Immediate Securing Of Elements Of Historic Buildings In Sieło Together With Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Program Under The Option Of The Option. The Basis For Launching The Order In The Field Of Options Will Be The Real Needs Of The Ordering Party Depending On The Implementation Of Construction Works And The/Guaranteed Financial Resources Intended For Launching The Right Options And Construction Works. 3. The Performance Of The Service Consists In Developing By The Contractor, Separately For Each Of The Buildings, A Construction Works Program For The Immediate Securing Of The Elements Of The Following Buildings: The Palace, The Outbuilding (Warehouse - Barn), The Granary With The Brick Wall Adjacent To It, Located In The Palace And Park Complex In Sitno 116 In The Lubelskie Voivodeship, Zamojski Poviat, Sitno Commune. 1110/10, Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Lublin Voivodeship Under The Number A/1321 Under The Wkz Decision In Lublin (As Part Of The Basic Order). 4. Under The Law Of The Option, The Employer Provides For Authority Supervision Over The Completed Construction Works Program For The Immediate Protection Of Building Elements. 5. The Tasks Indicated In The Developed Construction Works Program Include The Design Of Works/Activities Aimed At: A) Maintaining The Building/Object And Its Elements In An Inconsistent State Until Renovation Work) Indicating The Scope Of Work Necessary To Perform, Remedial Actions And Other Ad Hoc Ladies Protecting The Building, In Particular The Elements: Posing A Threat To Other Elements Of The Building Or Its Users. 6. Under The Law Of The Option, The Employer Provides For Authority Supervision Over The Completed Construction Works Program For The Immediate Protection Of Building Elements. 7. Performing Authors Supervision, Starting From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties The Protocol Ending The Work Of The Stage And Implemented As Part Of A Given Task, For The Next 24 Months, With The Possibility Of Extending To The Date Of Completion Of All Construction Works Confirmed By The Final Protocol Of The Completion Of Construction Works Between The Contractor Of These Works And The Contracting Authority. 8. Performing Authors Supervision Consisting In Particular In Participating In Activities Requiring Supervision, Resulting From The Progress Of Construction Works, Which Will Be Carried Out As Part Of Separate Proceedings, As Well As On The Call Of The Ordering Party, With: A) By Exercising Authors Supervision Is Understood As Staying At And Outside The Construction Site - If It Results From The Needs Of The Task; In This Case, The Area Of ​​The Contractor, The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Of Construction Works Will Be Considered To Be Supervised, B) The Response Time To Appear At The Construction Site Or In The Place Indicated By The Contractin
