    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Fire Monitoring Services In Ias Facilities In Warsaw And In The Province. Mazowieckie, Consists In Sending Signals From Local Fire Signaling Systems (Ssp) In An Automatic Manner Via Alarm Transmission Devices (Uta) To The Appropriate Alarm Acceptance Centers (Aco) Of The Contractor. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Install Uta In The Ordering Party Facilities Covered By The Service Referred To In § 1 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template And In The List Of The Ordering Party Objects, Constituting Annex 5 To The Contract Template For The Duration Of The Contract And Undertakes To Maintain The Technical Efficiency Of The Uta During This Period. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Current Guidelines Of The Chief Commander Of The State Fire Service, In The Ordering Party. The List Of The Employers Objects Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 5 To The Template Of The Contract. The Concise Scope, Conditions And Manner Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz; 2) Contract Template, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
