    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Mobile Phones, Sim Cards And The Provision Of Mobile Telephony Services For The Needs Of The Institute Of Meteorology And Water Management - The National Research Institute, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) The Provision Of Telecommunications Service To Ensure Voice Communication (Outgoing And Incoming Connections), Text Sms And Multimedia Mms; 2) Providing Mobile Access Service For Internet Access Service In 5G, Lte, Gsm, And 3G Technology (When The Operator Provides Services In This Technology) With Bilateral Data Transmission, With The Possibility Of Allocation Of Static Ip Addresses From The Public Pool Of The Contractor; 3) Delivery Of Factory New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects Of Cell Phones; 4) Supply Of Sim Cards Configured To Work In The Contractors Network; 5) Ensuring Warranty And Providing The Service Service For Devices Provided Under This Order. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out By Using Inactive Sim Cards Provided By The Contractor, And Factory New Devices Free From Physical And Legal Defects In The Form Of Telephone Apparatus And Modems Held By The Employer For Data Transmission With The Possibility Of Internet Access In 5G, Lte, Gsm And 3G Technology (When The Operator Provides Services In This Technology) With Bilateral Data Transmission .2.
