Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Bariatric Ambulance With Specialized Equipment For Sp Zoz Ambulance Station In Gdańsk

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Container Bariatric Emergency Ambulance With Dmc Over 3.5 Tonnes With Equipment. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz. This Description Applies To The Order Of One Ambulance Along With The Equipment In Accordance With The Abovementioned Attachment. 3. When Determining The Requirements In The Scope Of Standards, The Contracting Authority Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent - Within Each Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Assortments In Which Such Standards Were Specified. 4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform 2 Warranty Inspections During The Period Of The Vehicles Medical Building Guarantee. 2 2) The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Warranty And Post -Warranty Service Of Medical Equipment In Poland. 3) The Minimum Warranty Period On The Base Vehicle, Without Limiting The Mileage, Is 24 Months 4) The Minimum Warranty Period For Specialist Development Of The Ambulance, Medical Equipment And Other Equipment Installed In The Ambulance Is 24 Months. 5) Minimum Warranty Period For Body Perforation 120 Months. 6) Minimum Warranty Period For The Paint Coating 24 Months. 7) Minimum Warranty Period For A Complete Vehicle (I.E. Chassis And Special Buildings) 24 Months. 8) The Date Of All Guarantees Begins With The Date Of Transferring A Complete Vehicle Adapted To The Ambulance To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Service Instruction For Medical Staff In The Field Of Operation And Service And Maintenance Of The Ambulance And Equipment Mounted In It When Transferring A Vehicle Adapted To The Ambulance And Training Of The Indicated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Technical Services, Operation, Repair, Repairs Within The Time Limit Set Out In Consultation With The Employer. 10) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Assemble In The Ambulance Of Command Support System / Swd / Consisting Of A Gps Module, Printers With A Base, A Portable Tablet With A Base / Docking Station / And A Joint Handle, Without Losing The Warranty Of The Vehicle Manufacturer. 11) The Subject Of The Contract Must Have A Approval Certificate Issued On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of 25 March 2013 On Approval Of Motor Vehicles And Trailers, As Well As Their Items Of Equipment Or Parts (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2015, Item 1475, As Amended), For A Sanitary Ambulance. The Ambulance Must Correspond To The Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws 2016, Item 2022). 12) After Providing Ambulances Together With Equipment And All Required Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The
