Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Furniture Of Equipment For The Service Department Of Residents

1. General Information1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Delivery, Bringing And Assembly And Arrangement Of Furniture And Equipment On The Residents Service Room On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Bielany District Office At Ul. Żeromskiego 29 In Warsaw, Listed In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Equipment Be Brand New, Meets The Requirements Arising From Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Met Standards Competent For A Given Assortment, With Particular Emphasis On Safety Standards. 3) Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Earlier And Stage Of Implementation, As Part Of A Separate Order. 5) All Office Furniture Should Be Intended For Intensive Operation In Public Buildings. Use Furniture Plates With The Hygiene E1 Class And Increased Durability. 6) Parameters Of Measuring Furniture Plates:- Base Plate: Chipboard With Elevated Density, P2 Class According To En 312 Or Other Equivalent, Minimum 650Kg/M3 For Boards 18 Mm And 620 Kg/M3 For Boards With A Thickness Of 28 Mm; A Minimum Of 2 Mm In A Compatible Color; 7) Before Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Contracting Authority For At Least 4 Samples Of Each Upholstery Material. 8) The Furniture Must Be Identical Within The Individual Items Listed In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Furniture Colors:- Wardrobes, Walls And Pots Listed In Items 1-7, 21,- Wardrobes And Cabinets Listed In Positions No. 15-18- Tables Listed In Positions No. 8-11,- Chairs Listed In Positions No. 27-28,- Chairs Listed In Position No. 26,- Seats Listed In Positions No. 23-25, Is To Be Identical In Sets. The Color Palette Preferred By The Contracting Authority In Relation To The Disc From Which Office Furniture Will Be Made Is Beech, Graphite, White Or Acacia, In Relation To Upholstery And Fabrics Graphite, Gray And Yellow. Furniture Handles Color Matte Silver - Handles Easy To Handle, Without Sharp Edges. 9) In The Case Of Furniture According To The Individual Project, The Contractor Will Present A Preliminary Design /Sketch With A Description Of Individual Elements And Visualization. 10) In The Case Of Upholstered Seats, The Proposed Solutions Must Be Systemic And Constitute A Coherent Set. The Contracting Authority Understands That Furniture Can Be Combined In Various Configurations With The Possibility Of Expanding The Set. Connecting Must Take Place In A Way That Allows You To Change The Arrangement And Without The Destruction Of Individual Modules. All Elements Of The Upholstered Seats System Must Be Made Of The Same Materials, Have A Color Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party And Consistent With The Other Elements Of The Set. 11) All Plywood Chairs Must Be Made Of The Same Materials, Seats And Frames Have The Same Shape, Finish And The Same Color. The Proposed Solutions Must Be Systemic. The Contracting Authority Understands That Chairs Can Be Combined Into Sets. 12)
