The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste From Real Estate Inhabited And Uninhabited From The Area Of ​​The Słońsk Commune, Provided Within 12 Months, I.E. From October 1, 2024. Until September 30, 2025. 1) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Systematic Collection And Transport Of The Following Municipal Waste Fractions: A) Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste (200301) Accumulated In Containers, B) Municipal Waste Collected In A Selective Manner In Sacks, Including: - Paper (150101, 200101), - Glass (150107, 200102), (150102, 200139), Metal (150104, 200140), Multi-Material Packaging (150105),- Bioodpads (200108, 200201),- Clothing (200110) C) Municipal Waste Collected In Selective, Non-Requiring Special Containers For Their Collection, Including Furniture, Used Electrical And Electronic Devices (20 01 36, 20 01, 20 01, 20 01, 20 01 35) And Other Bulky Waste (200307) .2) The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of Containers For Collecting Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Delivery Of Bags For Selective Waste Collection. The Contractor Will Supplement The Bags For Selective Waste Collection By Leaving Empty Bags At The Entrance To The Property On The Day Of Receipt Of Selectively Collected Municipal Waste, In The Quantity And Type Corresponding To The Number And Type Of Picked Bags. Working From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Executive Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Real Estate With A Detailed Determination Of The Types Of Containers And Bags To Which They Should Be Equipped. The First List Of The List Will Take Place Once A Quarter. Ii. Frequency Of Municipal Waste Collection1. The Contractor Receives From Owners Of Inhabited And Uninhabited Real Estate Each Collected Amount Of Municipal Waste With The Following Frequency: A) Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Single -Family And Multi -Family Real Estate - Every 2 Weeks; B) Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste - From The Indicated Real Estate In Multi -Family Housing And The Union Area Of ​​The Town Of Słońsk - Every Week; C) Segregated Municipal Waste: - Paper, Glass, Plastics, Multi -Material Packaging, Metals (In Sacks) - Every Month; - Bio -Daddies - Every Week In The Period From April To October And Every 2 Weeks From November To March; - Furniture And Other Large -Scale Waste And Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment - At Least 4 Times During The Contract - 2 Times During The Contract. 2. In The Case Of Uninhabited Real Estate, The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Employer All Cases Of Collecting More Waste Than The Amount Declared By The Owner Of The Property. In Order To Document Such A Fact, The Contractor Should Prepare Photographic Documentation. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Present To The Contracting Authority To The Draft Waste Export Schedule During The First 6 Months Of The Contract, No Later Than Within 3 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
