Organization Of Accommodation And Meals At A Two -Day Conference On Promoting The Legitimacy Of Lifelong Learning, Through The Organization Of Events: A Two -Day Methodological Conference For People Conducting Vocational Counseling In The Śląskie Voivodeship For Students And Adults: As Part Of The Task, The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing Resistance (Kpo) On 24-25 October 2025 The Scope Of The Order Includes The Organization Of Accommodation And Meals In Connection With The Organization Of A Two -Day Conference (Stay And Service - Accommodation, Food) For 60 Conference Participants And Additionally Meals For 20 Conference Participants Who Will Participate Without Accommodation. 2. Basic Assumptions Regarding The Organization Of The Event: 2.1 Conference Participants: Teachers - The Contracting Authority Provides For The Participation Of A Maximum Of 80 People In A Stationary Formula: 60 People With Accommodation And 20 People Without Accommodation The Indicated Number Of People Is Estimated And The Contracting Authority Does Not Guarantee Their Complete Implementation. The Employer Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options, I.E. To Reduce The Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Maximum Of Up To 80% Of The Size Indicated In The Point On The Group Of Persons Participating In The Conference Without Accommodation. In The Event Of The Contracting By The Contracting Authority, The Option Of The Contractor Will Be Used Proportionally. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claims In Relation To The Unrealized Part Of The Order. 2.2 Planned Date Of The Organization Of The Event: October 24, 2025 And October 25, 2025. 2.3 Object For The Needs Of The Conference On October 24, 2025 And October 25, 2025. The Following Requirements Will Meet The Year:- Place Of Implementation: The Facility Located In The Kłobuck, Częstochowa, Myszkowski And Zawiercie Poviats.- Place Of Accommodation- A Facility That Meets The Requirements Provided For The Hotel Min 3 In The Provisions Of The Act On Tourist Services And Executive Provisions To The Act;- The Hotel Provides Free Parking For The Participants Of The Conference- Accommodation Of Participants And The Implementation Of The Entire Contract, I.E. Accommodation, Meals, Conference Rooms Must Take Place At One Facility (The Possibility Of Using Buildings Adjacent To The Facility.)- The Rented Space Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. Establishing Accommodation From 24.10.2025 To 25.10.2025 According To The Following Configuration: • 1-Person Rooms (10 Rooms) And 2-Person (25 Rooms) With Full Node (25 Rooms) Sanitary, Equipped With Tv And Wireless Internet • Breakfast Must Be Included In The Price Of Accommodation And Served In The Same Facility/Hotel In Which The Service Will Be Provided With Food According To The Following Configuration: • Welcome Coffee Refreshments For 80 People On 24.10.2025 • Dinner On 24 10. 2025 (80 People) Buffet Form • Dinner In The Form
