Tenders Are Invited For New Social Services In The Słupno Commune In The Period From 01/01/2026 To 31.12.2026.

4. Part 1 - Provision Of Care Services And The Provision Of Neighborly Care Services At The Place Of Residence Of The Charges Of Cus In Słupno - 4,000 Hours: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Daily Provision Of Care Services And The Provision Of Neighborly Care Services, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, In Favor Of The Charges Of The Social Services Center In Słupno (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party). Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Charges In The Słupno Commune In The Period: 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 2. Services Include Help For People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Causes, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It. 3. Care Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On Business Days, As Well As On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 6:00 - 22:00. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Services To Perform In The Period: From 01.01.2026 To 31/12/2026 Care Services On Business Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays: 4,000 Hours, The Employer Reserves The Right To Perform Fewer Hours For Reasons Beyond His Independent (E.G. Reduction Of The Number Of People Using Services). In Case Of Needs. For One Hour Of Providing The Service For The Mentee, A Time Of 60 Minutes Is Adopted. The Travel Time To The Place Of Provision Of Services To The Mentee Is Not Included Until The Service Is Provided. 5. The Obligations Of The Employer Will Be Granted By The Social Services Center In Słupno. The Contracting Authority Will Immediately Provide The Contractor With Information On Granting Care Services. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Determined Dimension And Scope Of The Activities. In Justified Cases, There May Be A Change In The Number Of Hours Of Services Rendered In The Mentee To Another. Confirmation Of The Above Fact Will Be The Notification Of The Contractor. In Sudden Cases, The Contractor May Provide Services Before Receiving Information From The Employer, But After Prior Agreement On This Possibility From The Social Service Center In Słupna In The Phone, E -Mail, Or Otherwise. 6. The Contractors Obligations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Staff. Out Of Care Services Should Have Adequate Professional Preparation To Perform These Services Confirmed By Relevant Documents. 7. In The Implementation Of Tasks, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Of A Responsible Person (The So -Called Coordinator, Under An Employment Contract Or Civil Law Contract), Whose Scope Of Liability Includes Daily Planning, Coordinating And Supervising The Work Of Persons Providing Services, Including Constant Supervision Over Their Implementation.
