(*) It Is Established That The Amounts Of Products And/Or Services Are Of Variable Flow, Which Means That The Hospital Does Not Commit To Acquiring Specific Amounts Periodically, It Will Be According To The Hospital Requirements, So In No Case Will Be Set Minimum Purchase Stock, Nor Total, So That The Winners Will Be Unable To Indicate Minimum Quantities For Their Office. Likewise, It Is Present That This Bidding Process Will Be Done By Awarded Item (Line), So That Each Supplier Can Offer For An Item Of Those Indicated At This Point, For More Than One Or By All Of Them, Corresponding Each Item To A Product Or Service Line.
