Prequalifications are invited for Design and Construction of the Caribbean Development Banks Headquarters. CDB has appointed C.E.P. Limited, Trinidad and Tobago, as its Project Manager for the Project, and the Project Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. CDB intends to prequalify Design-Build contractors to participate in a subsequent two-stage bidding process. It is expected that Invitations for Bids will be issued in August 2025.
