Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services - Environmental Safeguards and Health and Safety Specialist The Water and Sewerage Company Inc., the Executing Agency, now wishes to procure consultancy services for an Environmental Safeguards and Health and Safety Specialist. The primary objective of the consultancy is to ensure that environmental performance requirements including health and safety, are adhered to during the construction phase of the Project. The full scope of duties is presented in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of twenty-four consecutive months, with the possibility of an extension thereafter. The Water and Sewerage Company Inc. now invites interested eligible individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest, indicating qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services. Instructions All information must be submitted in English. Further information may be obtained from the first address below between 0800 and 1600 hours (Atlantic Standard Time) Monday to Friday. An electronic copy of the Expression of Interest must be received at the first email address below no later than 4:00 pm Saint Lucia local time on 26th September 2025 and an electronic copy must be sent simultaneously to CDB at the second address below. The subject line for each submission should be clearly stated as Expression of Interest Consultancy Services for Ninth Water John Compton Dam Raw Water Pipeline Replacement Project Environmental Safeguards and Health and Safety Specialist. Following the assessment of submissions, the most technically capable and appropriately experienced applicant will be invited to negotiate a contract to provide the consultancy services. GOSL reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel the present invitation partially or in its entirety. It will not be bound to assign any reason for not selecting any applicant and will not defray any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.
