IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT a) Type of contract: Goods b) Object: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 closed greenhouses with hydroponics & aquaponics installation, 14 open greenhouses and 40 ha open field irrigation systems c) Number: RWA/030 25 7741 d) Number of lots: 3 Lot 1: supplying of 3 fully closed and 14 open greenhouses; Lot 2: supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of integrated hydroponics, aquaponics, and smart irrigation control systems for 3 greenhouses and drip irrigation for 14 greenhouses; Lot 3: supplying, installation and commissioning of irrigation systems (rotary sprinkler and drip irrigation) for open fields. e) Grouping of lots: Possible, a tenderer may be awarded several lots if he satisfies, cumulatively, the administrative and technical requirements of the lots to which he is tendering. 3. ELIGIBILITY AND EVALUATION CRITERIA a) Origin: No restriction b) Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations. c) Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price, administrative and technical criteria will be granted the contract. d) Variants: No variants will be considered 4.
